Welcome to the 2025 
PA EMS Conference!

For nearly half a century, PEHSC has worked in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide accessible and high-quality EMS continuing education. Since 2020, our virtual conferences have been able to reach thousands of EMS providers across Pennsylvania and beyond.

Based on continued overwhelmingly positive feedback, we have decided to once again keep the event virtual.

Although we miss seeing everyone in person, we believe that this format is the best way to keep affordable, high-quality education accessible to as many of Pennsylvania's EMS providers as possible, given the current state of the EMS industry.

We are excited to offer a wide selection of webinars on a variety of relevant topics, presented by both national and local subject matter experts.

Yes, the vFairs platform is compatible with any computer or mobile device and any browser.
YES. The NREMT accepts credits that are approved by "a state EMS office".
It depends on your licensing agency. Contact us and we will provide with whatever documentation you may need to the best of our ability.
NO. Your single registration will give you access to all of the sessions in the conference portal.
Credit is awarded based on session attendance. Attendance is tracked automatically and is linked to your registration information.
For PA EMS Providers, CE information will be uploaded to the Dept. of Health Registry using the following schedule:

  • Sessions (live or recorded) viewed between 9/2 and 9/5 will be processed during the following week.
  • Sessions viewed after 9/5 will be processed using the following schedule:
    • Sessions viewed between 9/6 and 9/29 will be processed on 9/30.
    • IF YOU EXPIRE ON SEPT. 30, You MUST have your sessions completed by 9/29. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • Sessions viewed between 9/30 and 10/31 will be processed during the first week of November
    • Sessions viewed between 11/1 and 11/30 will be processed during the first week of December
